MINOR SURGERY: 148 minor surgeries were performed
The best smile ever! This little girl came into surgery with an infected sebaceous cyst just above her forehead. Doctor Nesti ministered to her needs and she just smiled the whole time. So beautiful. By the way, the medical team performed over 148 minor surgeries while out in the field. Amazing!
This is my friend, Michelle. She’s thirty-years-old and stressed that she believes in God and acknowledges Jesus Christ as her savior. She also said she’s a lesbi@n. I asked her if God said she was a lesbi@n and she quickly said no. I told her, “Stop saying you’re a lesbi@n because God did not say you are a lesbi@n. Lesbi@ism is your struggle, but not your identity.” Honestly, she could not hold her tears back. She kept wiping her eyes as we talked. She experienced deep conviction and she earnestly prayed, “Father, I’m sorry. My sins are too much.” Afterwards, she kept thanking me for talking to her. Pray that her identity would be found in Christ alone.Many of our men visited the city jail every night just to pray for and encourage these prisoners. The prisoner’s biggest concern was, “What comes after confinement? What can I do to live?” Pray for these men, that God would lead them by His Spirit and that God would open doors of opportunity.
