  • We are accepting applicants of medica or non-medical volunteers for the 2025 trip
  • Each applicant (youth included) must submit an online application. Please apply early to ensure a space and to get better deals in purchasing tickets. The deadline for this trip is February 1, 2025.

Communication

  • All communication will be done through email, including all trip details and important documents

Passport & Visa

  • Your passport must have more than six months before the expiration date prior to your departure
  • All participants are responsible for their own visas or re-entry permit or permit to travel (if you are military personnel). We can provide a letter if you want to request no-cost TAD orders from your command.

Pricing

  • Trip prices include domestic travel, hotels, board, and ARMS official T-shirt.
  • Trip prices DO NOT INCLUDE your airplane ticket to the Philippines. We highly recommend to purchase a plane ticket that is re-bookable or refundable.
  • The trip down payment is non-refundable and is due February 1st
  • Full payment for the trip must be paid by March 1st
  • All participants are responsible for 100% of trip costs if cancelling within 30 days of departure (after April 13); cancellation prior to 30 days in advance results in loss of deposit only. Please visit our payment page to view our financial policies.
  • Once your application is complete and your down payment paid, please send us a copy of your passport and medical liability and release form (this form can be downloaded from the website, just click the download icon)
  • Please read carefully the COVID travel advisory that will be sent to your email once we receive your application form. The situation may change in the future but the Philippines currently has a COVID protocol.
