ARMS uses Zeffy to process our online payments because 100% of the funds donated go directly to us! Unlike most payment providers, Zeffy does not take a cut of the donation.
To set up payments for your trip:
- You can pay the trip in full or make a deposit at the time of application.
- Please pay the $300 deposit as soon as you can. It is non-refundable and is due by February 1st. The remaining balance must be paid on or before March 31st.
- When you make a payment please do not forget to write your complete name (as it appears in your passport) and indicate that the payment is for Mission Trip 2025 inside the NOTE box provided in the payment section.
- You can forward our website armsmissions.org to friends and family to help collect monetary donations towards your trip. They must write the name of the person they want to support in the box provided for us to allocate it appropriately.
- If you would like to assist another person traveling with us just do the same as in #3. If you want to support local participants please contact us first via email about the mission trip cost because it is slightly different than for overseas participants.
REGARDING FUNDS
Please be aware that by applying and making a payment for a trip, you are making a commitment to Asian Relief Medical Services (ARMS). In order for our international trips to go smoothly and effectively, all accommodations (flights, hotels, vehicles etc.) are booked well in advance using different means of purchases.
In the unfortunate circumstance that you are forced to back out of a trip after your initial payment/deposit, you must notify ARMS as soon as possible. The remaining balance is non-refundable after March 31st.
Please also understand that if your trip balance has been met at the time of an additional donation, any funds over and above your balance will be donated directly to ARMS to use as deemed necessary for the trip. (e.g., meds, supplies, etc.)
ARMS operates on a limited budget and cannot afford the financial cost of a person backing out. We are also not equipped to adjust trip costs on a per item or per individual basis. Therefore, we cannot provide discounts to the overall cost if, for example, a team member cannot stay for the full duration of the trip. Please understand that our desire is to carefully steward the money that the Lord has provided us and treat everyone involved with respect.
